Creativity in Crisis

A very interesting (if not distressing) article on the downfall of creativity in American youth came out in Newsweek.

While some people today certainly are creative and produce truly original work, the lack of creative stimulation in modern society, especially among the very young, is overwhelmingly present.

This article, by Po Bronson and Ashley Merryman, discusses the decline of American creativity as alerted through a long research on the subject, chiefly the work of Paul Torrance.
